Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CalvinSunday Studios LLC ("CalvinSunday," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit calvinsunday.com (the "Site"), contact us about our services, or use any CalvinSunday application that connects to Intuit QuickBooks (each, an "App"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, church audio questionnaire, or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any information about your project, church, or business that you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data when you browse, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools described below.
Information from QuickBooks. If you connect a QuickBooks Online company to an App, we access, with your permission and through Intuit's authorization process (OAuth 2.0), the accounting data needed to provide the App's features. Depending on the features you use, this may include company profile information, customers, vendors, invoices, estimates, payments, products and services, accounts, and financial reports. We never receive your Intuit username or password.
QuickBooks & Intuit Data
We treat data obtained from QuickBooks with particular care:
- Limited use. We use QuickBooks data only to provide, maintain, and support the App's features you request, such as syncing invoices, tracking payments, and generating financial summaries. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
- Minimal access. We request only the authorization scopes the App needs to function.
- Security. Data and access tokens are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and stored with access restricted to authorized personnel and systems.
- Disconnecting. You can disconnect the App at any time from within the App or from your Intuit account's connected apps settings. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your QuickBooks data and revoke the stored access tokens. You can ask us to delete any QuickBooks data we have stored by emailing us, and we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Intuit's role. Intuit's handling of your information is governed by the Intuit Global Privacy Statement. Intuit is not responsible for this App or for our privacy practices.
AI Assistant Connector
The account owner may connect an AI assistant of their choosing to a connector for their own QuickBooks data. The connector can read accounting data and change the category of individual single-line transactions (it cannot create or delete anything, or change amounts, dates, payees or bank accounts; every category change is logged), requires the owner to approve each assistant after signing in with a password and authenticator code, and can be revoked at any time. Intuit credentials and tokens are kept server-side and are never shared with the assistant. Data is not sold or shared with anyone else.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-KWQRSMS13J) to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect data such as your approximate location, device information, and on-site behavior. This information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. You can learn more from Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
